Becoming a Disability Confident Employer
Every day, our people bring their skills and talents to the workplace. People with hidden and visible disabilities can often feel disadvantaged and lack the opportunity to fulfil their potential and contribute fully to their team's success. This accreditation enables us to be better educated and informed to ensure that our people today and, in the future, have the support and the tools they need to perform at their best.
RIDI Pioneer
We joined RIDI Pioneers to help lead the movement for change to drive greater disability confidence in recruitment. As a recognised RIDI Pioneer and a Disability Confident Employer, we are passionate about creating greater inclusion in our workforce and supporting our customers to achieve the same.
Woodland Trust
We are passionate about reducing our Carbon footprint and as part of our drive to “reuse, reduce and recycle” we have made a commitment to only send electronic birthday and congratulations cards to our temporary staff. We have over 1,000 temps working and so the money saved in postage and cards we have donated to the woodland trust each year for them to use in sustainability projects , including planting more trees. This is an annual commitment and is part of our drive to use less paper and resources in our daily work but still try to keep that personal touch.
