Field Care Manager
Location: Office-based in Nottingham (Mansfield - must be able to drive)
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional on-call duties.

We're seeking a dedicated Field Care Manager to join a thriving team. In this role, you will oversee and maintain community care packages, support staff recruitment and management, and ensure seamless operations for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to set up and maintain community care packages.
- Manage client relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Recruit, interview, and support care staff to match client needs.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain up-to-date staff files.
- Handle staff appraisals, supervisions, and ongoing support.
- Respond to client inquiries, ensuring care packages run efficiently.

- Experience in creating and managing care plans.
- Strong background in team management within a care setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills both with internal and external customers
- Customer focused
