This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team, offering the flexibility to work from home with occasional days in the Hemel Hempstead office.

About the Role:

As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include issuing invoices, processing supplier bills and providing invaluable support to various teams, including working closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and review incoming remittances
  • Receive, input and process supplier bills
  • Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain and update supplier contact information
  • Arrange meeting rooms, travel and accommodation as required
  • Support the sales and administrative teams with ad hoc tasks
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for landlords and their representatives
  • Assist with planning exhibitions and events, collaborating with the Office Manager
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees

What Is This Client Looking For?

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Familiarity with accounts administration, including invoicing and bill processing
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or a comparable quality management system
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and proactive work ethic with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK, if required
