Location: Hitchin (Rural location, car driver essential)
Hours: 25-30 hours per week, 5 days a week Monday to Friday - hours to suit you
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Start Date: February/March 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a modern and dynamic company in Hitchin on a permanent, part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Basic accounts, including raising and overseeing purchase order numbers
- Logging delivery notes and supplier invoices, matching them to purchase orders
- Managing company credit card statements and spend, logging receipts, and reconciling transactions
- Organising and booking travel arrangements and couriers
- Supporting the Office Manager with general administrative tasks
- Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and handling incoming queries via phone and email
About You:
We are looking for a proactive, team-oriented individual with:
- Strong administrative experience, particularly in accounts.
- Experience with bookkeeping (desirable) and familiarity with Xero (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
Additional Information:
This role is fully office-based in a rural location, so access to your own transport is essential.
