What Will You be Doing?
- Providing first-class, empathetic customer service.
- Assisting customers in establishing affordable, customised payment plans.
- Supporting individuals in managing and clearing arrears with professionalism and care.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in arrears, debt management, credit control, or collections.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service ethos with a solution-oriented mindset.
- IT proficiency and familiarity with FCA regulations, litigation processes, and consumer duty.
