Receptionist

Night Switchboard Operator - &pound;15.75ph
up to 40 hours a week 22:00 - 0800 accross both hospital sites when required: Sussex County, Brighton and Princess Royal Haywards Heath
Duties and tasks include:
<ul>
<li>To answer all incoming and internal calls to the Trust in a responsive and professional manner, ensuring requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently</li>
<li>To carry out all processes and procedures which involve the Switchboard Services, including (where applicable), but not limited to operating Emergency Procedures, including Cardiac Arrest, Fire and Major Incident Plan.</li>
<li>Carry out all test calls quickly and efficiently, as required.</li>
<li>Order taxis for out of hours hospital staff quickly and efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain good communication and exceptional working relationships with all Switchboard Services colleagues, line managers and other Trust staff at all times</li>

Night Switchboard Operator

Role - Legal Team Administrator (Case Support Administrator)Term - 12 month Fixed Term ContractLocation - Brighton/ Hybrid (6 days per month in the Brighton office) We are looking for an Administrator to support the Automatic Enrolment legal team through the provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service in relation to all it's litigation and local continuous improvement work.
