We're recruiting for a Scheduler on behalf of a company based in Hook, Hampshire. This role is all about making sure Field Engineers and Technicians are in the right place at the right time, with everything they need to get the job done. If you're great at coordinating people and resources, love variety in your work, and enjoy keeping customers happy, this could be the role for you! As a Scheduler, you'll be the key link between customers, engineers, and the rest of the team. You'll handle service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and keep track of what's happening day-to-day to make sure customers get the support they need. This involves coordinating planned maintenance, assigning service calls, and ensuring every enquiry gets a prompt response. Your goal? Smooth operations and 100% customer satisfaction! Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take calls and emails, then organise the right engineer or technician to get the job sorted. Keep customers updated every step of the way.</li><li>Keep the maintenance schedule on track and make sure visits happen on time.
